Excellent acreage sales history and community presence

I met Kathleen and Sydney at one of their open homes and I was about to sign with another agent but I ultimately chose her because of her sales history in the area (especially her knowledge and experience of selling the local acreages) as well as her presence in the community. I felt comfortable with my decision as it was a smooth process and there were quite a lot of showings, she definitely went over and beyond to be able to capture the potential market of buyers.
