We found Kathleen through Rate My Agent; her selling record in the Lake Macquarie area was notable. She impressed us with the thorough records she had kept from a much earlier conversation about selling our home, as well as her personal knowledge of the Valentine area. Excellent acreage sales history and community presence

I met Kathleen and Sydney at one of their open homes and I was about to sign with another agent but I ultimately chose her because of her sales history in the area (especially her knowledge and experience of selling the local acreages) as well as her presence in the community.
